March Activities

Second month in isolation post transplant for Nash so kids and I kept very busy.

Cali-severe HIVES, either food allergy or virus, steroids and antihistamines
Cali- 26 lbs
Carson-36 lbs, more interested in potty 

Carson- ear infection 20 days of antiobiotics

March-
Both kids got Strep again mid March;
Carson told me after I picked him up from
school "Mommy I go see doctor, my mouth hurt"
okay sure enough... Strep. So of course Cali was
treated too the next day.
Neither had fevers just not themselves.

Carson got GI bug and Strep and Ear Infection
Cali just Strep (thank god) Kept kids seperated
out all week of school week 3
Memo & Papa came to help
Carson talkes nonstop and understands a lot.
Loves Barrett's movie "toy story'

Liking sippy cup too
Cali says "Ah oh" and "ma ma"
trying to get 4 teeth in ...fussy

Mid January-
Cali had RSV bad out 8 days sick,
nasty cough 3 trips to doc just virus
has to run course breathing tx,
sterioids, antiobiotic, tylenol,motrin
Carson double ear infection and mild
RSV out 4 days sick antiobiotic,
breathing tx, back to self 4 days

Carson 32 Months:
Talks nonstop puts long sentences together
love puzzles and books
still mickey mouse

prefers bottle over mommy :(
rolled over back to belly few times

10 weeks:

still sleeps 5-6 hours night; eats every 3-3.5 hours during day

9 weeks:

sleeps 5-6 hour stretches at night

8 weeks :
15 lbs > 97 percentile
23 3/4 90 percentile
39 1/2 75 percentile

Shots, had local reaction at injection site
6 month clothes
sleeps 4-5 hr strethes at night

7 weeks:
Cooing and smiling

6 weeks:
size 2 diapers

5 weeks 3 days
12 lbs 10 oz
Congestion and wheezing- took her to Pedi after hours but not in chest, just congestion stuck in her throat, Rx- bulb syringe, steam, and humidier .... thank goodness

*Took back to reg doc next day she had rough night and labored breathing-said it was Croup with nasty head cold-had breathing tx, home on steroids and antiobotics..poor baby
